How long does BRINDÌ stay cold?
The double-walled, vacuum-insulated stainless steel design keeps drinks ice-cold for an incredibly long time – without any ice. Whether you're at the beach, on a boat, camping, or hosting all day long, BRINDÌ is designed to keep every pour cold from start to finish. For an extra boost of icy freshness, you can also add ice.
Can I add ice cubes to the BRINDÌ for even longer cooling?
Even if it won't usually be necessary: Yes! You can add ice to keep drinks cold for even longer, over 12 hours. Just leave a little space at the top so the lid can build pressure properly.
Which CO2 cartridges does BRINDÌ use?
BRINDÌ uses commercially available 16g threaded CO2 cartridges for food use.
How does the CO₂ system work?
BRINDÌ uses food-grade, threaded 16g CO₂ cartridges to pressurize, carbonate, and consistently dispense drinks. With an adjustable pressure of up to 30 PSI, you can customize the perfect level of fizz to your taste—no matter where you are.
How long does a CO₂ cartridge last?
Each CO₂ cartridge lasts for approximately two to three 2L or one full 4-liter BRINDÌ – depending on the type of drink and the desired carbonation level. For larger parties or longer weekends, we recommend having a few spare cartridges on hand.
How many drinks does a BRINDÌ hold?
The BRINDÌ Solo (2 L) holds up to 10 glasses. And the BRINDÌ Crew (4 L) holds up to 20. But it is also possible to fill the BRINDÌ only partially at any time. If you can't finish everything at once, you can screw on the pressure lid and continue enjoying it later. Our BRINDÌ will keep your drink fresh.
How do I clean BRINDÌ?
After use, simply rinse the BRINDÌ and the dispenser unit with warm water and dish soap. The stainless steel interior is designed for quick, easy cleaning.

What pressure should I use for different drinks?
BRINDÌ features an adjustable CO₂ pressure of up to 30 PSI. Cocktails & Mixers: 15–25 PSI • Sparkling Water: 20–30 PSI • Soft Drinks & Sodas: 20–30 PSI • Wine Spritzers & Lightly Carbonated Drinks: 5–10 PSI • Cold Brew & Non-Carbonated Drinks: 0–5 PSI • Beer: 10–15 PSI. Tip: For best carbonation, use cold liquids and leave some headspace in the keg.
